Race Day Schedule

What time do you need to wake up in order to complete your morning pre-race routine?
What is food you will eat prior to race start and what is the timing of this is: (Do you need to purchase this in the days prior? Will you take this with you? Is this readily available in the country you are going to?)
List the items that you need to take to the race start. This may include drinks, nutrition, wetsuit, additional clothing, race numbers, timing chips etc
How long will it take you to get to the race venue? How will you travel to the race venue? Do you need to pre-book taxi/uber/bus services? How much time prior to race start do you expect to have at the race location/ start area/transition?
Once you are at the venue what are the tasks that you need to complete? - Nutrition placed on your bike or in a gear bag (depending on the event). - Warm-up - Scheduled toilet stop - Do you need to eat anything else? - Pump up tyres - Pre-race weigh in - Pre-race numbering - Sunscreen etc
This is the first wave or pro start time not necessarily your start time.
